Only customers shipping to a California address are charged sales tax. All other U.S. customers enjoy a tax-free shopping experience.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my dress?

All in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our Los Angeles or East Coast warehouses. Delivery time depends on the method you choose:

  • Free Standard Shipping (2–8 business days)

  • FedEx Ground (1–5 business days)

  • Express Saver (3 business days)

  • 2-Day Shipping

  • Standard or Priority Overnight (next business day)

Shipping carriers operate Monday–Friday. Weekend orders ship on the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days plus customs clearance time. Please note, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

Only USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. FedEx and UPS require a physical address.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Store credit is available with no restocking fee

  • Free return shipping is offered within the continental U.S.

All returns must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Yes! We allow one free exchange per order if initiated within 30 days. Subsequent exchanges may result in store credit only.

  3. Use the provided return label (U.S. customers)

  4. Wait for confirmation of refund/store credit

What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items

  • Items with strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Returns without a valid RMA number


PRODUCT & FITTING

How can I be sure I’m ordering the right size?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself carefully:

  • Bust: Around fullest part

  • Waist: 2” above your belly button

  • Hips: Around fullest point, usually 8” below waist

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size – dresses can always be altered down for the perfect fit.

Will I need alterations?

Most formal dresses may require minor alterations for a custom fit – especially for bust and hem. This is standard for evening and special occasion wear.
