Return/Exchange Policy
We're committed to ensuring your online dress shopping experience is both effortless and satisfying. That's why we've established one of the most customer-friendly return and exchange policies in the dress industry.
Our policy allows for returns or exchanges up to 30 days after receipt of your item. Please be aware that this policy is strictly enforced, and any returns or exchanges attempted after 30 days will not be accepted.
For returns, we offer store credit equal to the full amount paid for the item, valid for up to one year. If you prefer a refund, we can process that for you as well, though it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover a portion of credit card fees, shipping, handling, etc. We assure you, the restocking fee is not a profit center for us.
Please understand that any shipping fees paid are for courier services and are therefore non-refundable. However, we do provide free return shipping labels for residents of the continental U.S. (48 states).
We're happy to accommodate exchanges for a different size, color, or even a different style once at no additional cost, provided the exchange is requested within your initial 30-day return window. If the exchanged item is also returned within the original period, store credit will be issued. We advise carefully selecting the correct size, color, etc., before finalizing your purchase.
All returns and exchanges require a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain this, please contact us at info@womendressshop.com before sending back your item. Returns sent without a RMA # will be automatically refused.
Items must be returned in their original condition (new, with tags, and in the original packaging). Returns of items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way, or that carry odors like cigarettes, perfume, or body scents, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their expense.
Price Matching Guarantee:
Found a non-sale dress we carry at a lower price elsewhere online? We'll match that price when you place your order. Just call us before ordering to let us know where we can find the lower price. Note, the Price Match follows our sales policy and is only applicable to online advertised prices, excluding brick-and-mortar stores, sale items, clearance, special deals, or auction sites. Shipping costs will be considered in the price match. This offer can't be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or special promotions. The competing website must be a US-based authorized retailer of the dress, with the item in stock in the size and color you wish to order, and available for immediate delivery. Special Order Items are excluded from the Price Match.
No Sales Tax for Non-CA Shoppers:
We only collect sales tax on purchases shipped to a California address. Shoppers from other states will enjoy a tax-free shopping experience on our website, offering significant savings. Depending on where you reside, this could mean up to a 10% saving on your purchase compared to buying in your home state. This is a substantial benefit we encourage our non-California shoppers to consider when making a purchase.
