Every item we offer at WomenDressShop.com, from dresses and suits to accessories, is brand new and never used, damaged, or sampled. We ensure that all items are checked for quality before being dispatched, guaranteeing you receive a product that is free from flaws and defects.
a. Please be aware that due to variations in computer screens, dimensions, and resolutions, there might be slight differences in color appearance.
b. It's common for dresses and suits to require alterations to achieve a “perfect fit.” Most items, even when purchased in-store, need some adjustments. Please see Section 2 for more guidance.

Before purchasing, please ensure you've accurately measured yourself to select the right size for your dress, suit, etc. Refer to the size chart on each product page and measure yourself in inches. If you find yourself between sizes or unsure, opting for the larger size is advisable, as alterations can typically reduce size more easily than increase it.
Tips for measuring:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust and back, keeping the tape snug. Remember to consider any bras or undergarments you might wear with the dress.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, usually about 2 inches above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips, typically 8 inches below your belly button.
For men's suits, please refer to the Men's Suit Size Chart provided.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the receipt date. This policy is firm, and late returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
In the event of a return, we'll provide store credit equal to the paid item amount, valid for up to 1 year. Note that shipping costs, paid to the courier, are non-refundable.
Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are possible. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color before completing your purchase.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact us at info@womendresshop.com for instructions before returning any items. Shipments without a RMA # will be refused.
Only items in their original condition (new, with tags, in original packaging) will be accepted. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered, or have odors (e.g., cigarettes, perfume) will be sent back to the client, who will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We aim to keep all our products in stock. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to refund the customer if the item cannot be made available within 10 business days. We will promptly inform you of any availability dates.
We dispatch your item within 1 business day of payment clearance and will email you a tracking number.
a. Shipping within the United States: We primarily use FedEx and, in rare cases, USPS.
b. International Shipping: FedEx is our carrier for international shipments.
Note: USPS is the only service that delivers to P.O. Boxes and military bases, not FedEx.

Sales tax applies only to California residents. Orders shipped within California automatically include sales tax at checkout.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Note: For International Orders outside of Canada, the U.K., and Australia, we do NOT accept credit card payments. PayPal is the only accepted payment method for these customers. If your credit card billing address differs from your shipping address within these regions, PayPal must be used.
